Would prefer a cleaner sound that arpeggio is too high pitched

The melody is really cool, and the synth you used for it, is fine too. And some other oldschool-y sounds you used are cool as well.

But the production itself, it's so extremely loud, it's just not pleasant to listen to (physically). I need to put the volume quite low, then it's enjoyable. Except for the deep bass, that could actually use a few db's volume.

Maybe a good mastering-engineer could fix a lot of the issues with stems-mixing-mastering. Musically, it's pretty cool.

Really nice track.
The melody is great and the sound choices work really well.
Really nailed that 2000's harder trance vibe.

The overall mix does sound very harsh though as some have mentioned.

Good work!

Liking this. Real good melodies . Nice feel. Great ability there. 👍

Be interested to hear your new version. A tiny bit of clean maybe hall reverb on the mastering might help.a very small bit. A reverb plugin like hyperspace. I think some mastering setups have that. If yours doesn’t maybe try a small amount of reverb on the pre master main channel. ( not sure how the kick would sound tho) Ive only done this with ambient music but i feel it really worked. I use cloudbounce to master as use headphones.

Good work. Melody is the standout part. Already been stated, but its much too loud and it puts the track in the realm of steroid, not classic.

Reverb on the mastering channel? I've never heard of that. I don't think that's good advice really (for dance music at least).
Quite possibly might not work, it has for ambient but thats a different ball game. Plus it would need to be on everything but the kick. In ambient music, Bobby Summa - A little speck of light [Deep Electronics], i released my first track by experimenting and putting large space reverb on the main channel and it completely changed the dynamic of the track. Although the label mastered it themselves as they do with everything. They did somehow reduce the impact of that reverb and the eq was different.

I think it might just be easier to create an additional bus / fx send channel and just put certain sound’s through it with a minimal but wide reverb on just on that bus / fx send so all the needed sounds have more of a space feel. I often use more than one reverb in sound design. Thats only if a less hard feel for the track is desired. If i have time, i always experiment and put rules ( if there are any) to one side.
Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
