I had already posted this on the old forum but I have to post it [Mat Zo Remix] again. It's just soooo good.
The curious thing is that I discovered this song only about 1 year ago or so, while listening to ABGT. But the moment I listened to it, I knew it that it was from the good old days. Not so old actually (2008), but still.. distant times, compared to now.
I liked one post of vastvision (I think he was) on the old forum where he said how once the tracks were built around the vocal and they'd really emphasize it, while nowadays basically it just seems badly attached over the instrumental part and that's it.
The vocal of course must be really good on its own, and in this case is magnificent.
And then of course the mastery of Mat Zo, with his sort-of unpredictable schemes and twists, and in the end... everything comes together perfectly.
It moves me everytime I listen to it, and only few songs can do it. It went straight to my top 10 of all time. I guess it's never too late to discover new-old good music
