Hi guys, here is my last phone creation for this year.

Hmm, not feeling this. It just doesn't feel finished; reckless felt like a complete (and awesome) work - one of my 2021 favs, actually.

Beat is too flat and basic mate in this one. Ideas with the synths are nice. Overal too sparse to consider it a complete track, lacking details and musical content.

initially i wanted to add no percussions at all to this song. It was supposed to be a song to set the mood for a lazy summer sunset and embracing a yearning feeling. Something maybe reminiscent of what ATB used to add to the 2nd CD on his albums.

But eventually I got a bit carried away and added new elements to it, at the same time trying to keep it as simple as possible - obviously you can't have both. Because of this I understand why it may sound incomplete and I think that is a fair statement.

On a personal level though, I enjoyed finding all the sounds and then tweaking it to get it to where it is and I enjoy listening to it from time to time.

love the synths but your percussion is cork dry. I would either go for 1 an even more minimal approach, especially on the perc. (so basically go full aphex twin on this) or 2, work on it some more/build it out.

other then that again loving the synths/athmosphere and I think its just great you whip this up on your phone
