Mirage - Remember The Future [ASOT]

[Z Dobrej Woli]

First track:

[Progrez]

Were they trying to copy push?

[TeardropNL]

I like it when someone copies Push, as MIKE can't make this himself anymore!!

[Freezer]

I have the same feelings Sounds like Push, well...like the old one of course

[tranceissomewhatalive]

weak shit, the melody feels really forced most of the time

Yeah and badly executed overall too narrow soundstage yet sounds distanced and tinny just looking at the preview waves.

But it still sounds good tbh

Maybe too copy cat cloney and missing one or two special ingredients and lacking confidence with the overall execution.

[KrissO]

I totally love this
Yeah it's Push and Rank 1 inspired
In general very 2003 era style of trance (Pulser, MK-S etc)
One of best uplifters this year. 8/10

[Magdelayna]

Yeah the melody is very Push - no bad thing at all though, the best kind of melodies in Trance for me. Weve all done it,myself included.

[Freezer]

I really like these type of melodies, so obviously a high mark from me
8/10

[Pokkryshkin]

Don't you find that, apart from Push - Strange World, this track also has similarities with Witness Of Wonder - Emotion In Motion (Thrillseekers Remix)? In any case, even if they were inspired by these works, this track sounds pretty good and overall I like it

[Rok]

Great track. Been listening to it a lot lately.

I missed this comment, but yeah.

Also take a listen to Pulser - Square One

So yes many inspirations in the track and well executed

[Magdelayna]

One of the tracks of the year for me....this proves just how MIKE Push will go down as one of the greatest Trance producers of all time - there is guys still copying his style and melodies today...and it always works!

[cyalataque]

I heard this song on many radio shows, I don't understand why but the vocal part seems a bit ridiculous to me and reminds me of the FKN - Why? Aly & Fila remix in 2007.

The song is good.

[Rok]

One of the tracks of the year for me....

Same here. Something about it just ticks a lot of boxes for me.

Interestingly, I noticed Tiesto has been playing it in a lot of his sets too.

The difference is the execution the synth and percussion sound out of place
