"MK8's Breathe featured in 2021's critically acclaimed Electronic Architecture 4 album and now we have a very interesting remix for you from Aquarius - a 16 (!!!) year-old producer named Jakub from Świdnica, Poland. This young talent popped onto our radar via a recommendation from an industry colleague who'd spotted this young man's talents early on, and we were more than a little impressed! We offered Jakub the opportunity to remix something from our recent back-catalogue, and he chose Breathe. His remix of Breathe is a warm progressive trance workout that is faithful to the original's melodies, adding Jakub's own feel and texture to the record. It's a surprisingly mature sound from one so young. Watch this space for more from Poland's new luminary!"

So after being featured twice on the radioshow, this talented kid did eventually land himself a release on Pure Trance.
This will be his first ever release, so congrats!!

I like how it sounds heavier and more serious, in comparison to the giggly, eurodancey vibe of the original.

Update: Full track

For such a young age it is a big success and congrats to him. There's lots of nice things about the track. Unfortunately Its' again suffering from the same lack of edge, drive and tension that all the modern prog circulating amongst the Trance labels is experiencing. Gotta move away from this overly safe mindset in production, whether it's the sounds used or the ideas.

You might prefer his cover version of JMJ's Aero, which was featured in Pure Trance Episode 326

That one definitely has tension!
I personally enjoy it even more than the original, which is almost inappropriate to say, given that we're talking about Jean Michel Jarre!
