So to my shock, I just found out Danny Stubbs, whom I first encountered a decade ago when Solarstone featured his progressive sound on his radio show, labels and comps, has passed away of cancer as of yesterday. So to commemorate, here's my favourite track of his:
There were a few remixes of this track, including a much more uptempo affair from Phil Taylor (that, like most of his work at the time, was probably ghosted by Will Atkinson). But this is the standout for me. Simple, sunny and very emotional progressive.
