EDIT: „Apricity” - new album from @Narel is composed of 10 tracks, pre-order on JunoDownload is available ⭐️

The album is called ‘Apricity’. Masters are done and I’ve just finished the mixed version of the album. It has a similar feel to my last album but the ideas are more cohesive and the whole thing is better produced. Inspiration in part taken from old skool Sasha (well….. Charlie May…), Bodzin, Joachim Spieth, State Azure, The Black Dog, Focus Soundscapes, a whole bunch of tracks on J00F, Forescape and some mid 90’s R/D/H tracks I found. The closing track is deliberately mid 90’s trance and dedicated to my best friend of 30 years who I lost in May : ( who I met through that music, and happy hardcore

1. Helion (08:57)
2. Particular Parallels (06:48)
3. Interlocutor (04:15)
4. Deep Time Excursions (04:59)
5. Tired Mountain Syndrome (09:50)
6. Aura Collapse (06:48)
7. The Ravers Have Left The Tower (08:42)
8. Ephemerides (10:49)
9. Forgotten With The Other Waters (19:12)
10. Annica (A Song For Matt) (08:35)

First single:

Out on 8 August with a ridiculously solid and excellent Enlusion remix. The original is a bit of a genre shock; sounds like psytrance, tech trance and prog’ trance smashed together.

original is nice remix is not for me sounds too distorted. Those twinkly sounds in the original remind me of Alcatraz by Relocate a bit.

I love Kirills mix, compliments the original so well. This is the first, and I think only single off my album, which will be out soon.
This tune went through so many versions and I like how it ended up kind of in two parts, a bit like ‘Tensile’ was. Weird tune though 😂🤙🏻

This is why I love Narel and his tracks!
8.5/10 for the original mix.
The bassline of some parts reminds me of Narel - There's the Walrus.

I couldn't rate the Enlusion mix as I have not yet listened to the entire track. But the preview is more kick-heavy than Kirill's usual tracks. Also like this one as well.

Both tracks are really strong.

whats the album name going to be Narel?
Facade's running down the mountain Syndrome or Energetic Mountain Syndrome Maybe?

The remix has some really nice pads. (See I can change my mind). Those soundcloud samples need to be fixed they sound terrible compared to the Youtube links. I am not too sure if its soundcloud or not.

Ok, for Tired Mountain Syndrome, I have to say that the first thing that popped into my mind is Philippe van Mullem, especially in those dreamy sequences. And now I'm longing for it to be more PvM-ish, dreamy all-round. I think a mix like that would make this 10/10. Don't get me wrong, I still like the track. Enlusion's remix is also pretty good. Can't wait for the album!

Wow! Pretty fast! On 29th, I’m going to my hometown (around 700 kilometres from my current home), so I’ll have a lot of time to enjoy it properly :)

And so sorry for your loss, Nick. Sometimes the best piece of music and art are made after these tough moments but I would never wish it to anyone. So… I will make a double mark on this date ✌️
