There will be a Hoopoe remix too, but released later as Zach couldn’t make this first release date.

I love Tom’s stripped back style, sounds he uses and his melodies. After signing some of his tracks and remixes to Landscapes we got talking about collaboration. Turns out some of my tunes gave him ideas a bit ago so this seemed like it would work.
‘Refractor’ is his tune which I added additional layers, arrangement and processing/mixing to.
More to come as he, unlike me…. is fairly prolific

Been a huge fan of Narel's work for a while now and I draw a lot of inspiration from his prog trance sound so was very happy to get the opportunity to collab! Appreciate all the feedback so far thank you.

Glad to see some good vibrations for the label's next release.

Damn the original mix hits hard like Sied van riel stuff / W&W, techy ish but beautifuly crafted prog trance, super awesome teamup, you guys have delivered a future classic, it doesn't matter who contributed how much and supplied the main backbone melody, its the finish product what truely matters imo.

The uplifting remix by the label boss with his signature bass line (similar to Mass experience) is very special as well and completes this release, just like the old days where we'd have super awesome prog+uplift in a single release package, almost on a weekly/monthly basis.

If it were to be released back then, even then, it would still hold a very special place in my heart. 9.5/10 for the release.

Yeah i was only referring to the synth* sound sounding like Sied / W&W. Melody itself definitely does remind me of Galen Behr or combination of Galen & Hydroid and similar tracks from that era.

The lead synth is Tom’s original audio (no idea what synth), I then added two layers; a JP8000 portamento and a chopped up arp from a Korg Wavestate. Then I chucked that all into a vari-mu to hold it together, bring out the arp and JP transients, but also ramped up the input to give it some subtle saturation
