Fantastic work by the big and great Paul Oakenfold!

The riff is just a rip-off of KLF's What Time Is Love, which Oakenfold himself played back in the early 90s. The kickdrum and beats sound like they are lifted from a Tiesto track, which wouldn't surprise me as Tiesto did at least one remix for Perfecto (Jan Johnston) that was never released and nobody would have noticed a bit of sampling from all those abandoned projects. Oakey had at this point stopped working with his two previous co-producers Steve Osbourne and Andy Gray, and was now working with relatively unknown Ian Green, and the drop-off in quality of his productions and relevance as a DJ/producer was pretty evident.
