'Pink Elln & Atom Heart' may no longer be familiar to the modern trance fan, but 'Atom Heart', for instance, was behind the production of the very first tracks and remixes by 'Resistance D.' in 1991 and 1992..This is simply put, how trance is done. It's straight forward eyes backward smile forward head shaking side to side trance. This was such a mysterious record when I first found it. I knew it was Atom Heart but not much else and it was live? Phwoarh? It takes all the parts of Tangerine Dream and On the Run pink floyd that you might want and sets it down on top of a throbbing 808. I had to sit down and listen twice before playing this one.
Still a special record that'll take you there.
