Pleiadians is a household name for Goa Trance enthusiasts, probably as famous as Astral Projection and Simon Posford. In 1997, they released "I.F.O.", which later came to be hailed as one of the most classic albums of this genre. In 1999, they released the follow-up "Family of Light", which received somewhat mixed reviews but remains a classic work.
In May this year, Suntrip finally launched the "30 years" series of them. The release includes a full reissue of "Family of Light", live versions of selected tracks from "I.F.O.", and live versions of some classic tracks they released under other aliases, Etnica and Crop Circles.
Official Introduction from Suntrip:
"Step back into 1998 with this studio rehearsal of Pleiadians Live. Recorded as a safety for our global tours. It captures a legendary time when we carried our entire studio across the world to bring you raw, live remixed versions of our tracks! Get ready for the ultimate travel experience!"
Because Pleiadians is simply the best of the best, this Live set from 1998 deserved a proper full release! And also their (underrated?) Family of Light album had a remastered treatment!
