It will be released as a part of the Early Years Part 1 compilation / vinyl. This track will probably be released as a single...
Full Bandcamp preview:

Not really sure if its a brandnew track or one of the unreleased tracks from the past, but sounds more like a Neon Life album track, so i guess its new.
Proggy vibes and slight syntwave inspiration. I think its rather nice!

Just sounds so thin to me, with pinched robotic sounds. I want to pop my ears or check my wires in the speakers are ok. Maybe im just being dramatic?

I don't agree with you guys at all.

I love how crisp and clear and full it sounds. The highhats are a tad loud maybe. But I dig this. Great sounds, great mixdown.

Might be the best of this year so far.

(I pretty much haven't listened to any new trance though, so that's not a big achievement... but whatever)

To me it also sounds quite clean. Sound-wise its quite ok to me, only the main lead is maybe too loud. But all in all I think the mastering is okay-ish. Melodies and spacey atmosphere are lovely to me...

I find this to be one of the best M.I.K.E. productions in ages precisely because he's trying something very different here. A touch of prog, a touch of synthwave, and some of the sub-base and percussion elements made me think of Plastic Boy - Chocolate Infusion, especially in the intro.

The track is cool, I dig it. The high-hats I really think are weird sounding though, I think I get when people say thin. I love the 80s future vibe though. By the way it says the "early years" on the album artwork is this made from yesteryear?

Bit cheap too. Really not my thing. MAYBE it had some potential but I can't get over how simple/almost amateurish it sounds.

A1. M.I.K.E. - Keep Rockin' (Original Mix Remastered)
A2. M.I.K.E. - Got To Have It (Original Mix Remastered)
A3. The Boy From Nowhere - High Life (Original Mix Remastered)

B1. M.I.K.E. - Sunrise At Palamos (Gareth Emery Remix)
B2. M.I.K.E. - Futurism (Original Mix Remastered)
B3. Push - Melodic Trauma (Previously Unreleased)

Remastered tracks on vinyl, plus a new track that's worse than the rest.

Wrong take. It's not supposed to be evaluated as a stand-alone trance or stand-alone synthwave track, but as the combination of both.

(If you don't like it, that's fine, but breaking it down into "this doesn't work as trance" or "this doesn't work as synthwave" doesn't make much sense).

For what it's worth, M.I.K.E. could have done a better job IMO. Not a 2nd-listen kind of track for me, though I would be interested in a darker trance/synthwave track with better use of the elements from both genres.

The track has its moments. Some suspect sound design choices, e.g. snares, hats, too much high end on the main lead. But the overall sound-wavey inspired melody is cool. A remix could do it justice.
