I think it sounds rubbish and the 2nd track sounds flat just a generic lifeless techno track.

Boring and characterless. It feels like I've already heard these tracks 10+ times already, but with slightly different arrangements. This sound is almost as cheap as the copy+paste Uplifting. Just with better mastering

 

[Freezer]

I still dont get the fact why MIKE tunred Push into techno project. It always standed for anthemic trance with a slice of techno (sometimes). He should have used other aliases for the techno style.

About the tracks....both brekdowns are quite interesting, but the empty and souless copy and paste techno beats are ultra annyoing.

I consider myself as a nr 1 Push fan of the world. Having said that....i give these tracks 3/10 (Blue Shadows) and 2/10 (RD Mode) :/

The middle part of Blue Shadow is quite good, I think it manages to capture the vibe of early Bonzai rather well with those analog sounding gated synths, snares, and acids. However! Early Bonzai was not a techno label, it was a blend of fast paced tech mixed with spacey, trancey vibes, and this EP comes out more like a techno with some interested bits and pieces sprinkled in than the other way around

As for the name/alias butchering, I will not repeat what I say in almost every M.I.K.E. thread
