Ok I'm gonna be critical here but only because this has potential.

The drums feel modern, but like they don't belong to the synths and basslines. The transition from the intro to the break is sudden and not at all natural. The pads section is too simple, maybe unnecessary. The build-up snares are unnecessary, as in most cases - you should always want to build up with synths. Not feeling the main melody. Still too much white noise.

Most important of all: The synths, although pleasant to hear, are not lively enough, not playful enough. Modern times I know, but I feel like some producers might be auto-censoring themselves with modern production techniques.

I like this sound though, would love to se a fabulous full-on Re:Locate return. His old sound still has a place in today's scene.

The track sounds like from the 2004-2008 era. Good old Re:locate sound. Its quite simple and pretty straight forward, but definitely one of the better uplifters lately 7/10

Great uplifter, anything that steers away from those FSOE Psy basslines always gets a mark or two more nowadays

Finally he's back back, this has Re:locate signature written all over it, so many classic touches! I mean Crown royal was great and had a different texture to it, please also release stuff like that too it was REALLY refreshing and intro wise was INSANE but please continue either Solo or with Nickson/Simon for classic stuff as well for old/new fans. (My all-time solo Re: locate favorites are Palma Solace 1000/10 (for relaxing/uplift away sad moods) Typhoon & Undercurrent 10/10 100% Re:locate signature check, I prefer Undercurrent more but it's not available on Spotify in the UK :( )

7.5/10
