Angry Man Remix

Ciaran McAuley Remix

After a bit of back and forth with @s3baman over on Reddit and some sleuthing, might as well post this one here too. Though not on Discogs from what I'm able to see, this is the very last release under Borderline before it closed up shop.

BORDM051 did in fact have a Beatport release page and all, it just wasn't promoted through the usual channels. Thought the release would be cool to have here, if nothing else but to have a proper record of it.

I think it goes without saying, but my favorite of the two is the Angry Man remix. @dmgtz96 thoughts on this more low profile release from the hooded man himself?

Angry man never disappoints, such a shame he decided to move away from the scene :( His Magic Niceto 3h+ set is one of the best sets in the last 10 years imo.

Feels like a Nick Sentience track. More melodic/upbeat than some of Angry Man's other productions.

In the AM mix its really the melodic hook that shines and the key changes that makes the melodys direction interesting. The intro is really template-sounding with kick+typical sidechained brostep bassline. So it could have been better. Its too much on the "safe" side with really simple staight forward structure.

Its the overall balanced sound palette of the Ciaran mix that is sthe best here imo. I prefer that one as awhole.
