After a long time of ghost producing for Peter Steele, Sebastian Brand finally decides come out from the shadow. Well, good one, but to be honest I waited for more from this guy.

MOD EDIT - Trancefix Official Fact Checker says this is....FAKE NEWS!

Very unexciting. The climax lacks something, the melody is basic and the entire track just doesn't resonate with one.

Well, I thought it was Activa ghosting for Peter Steele for the whole time. I still think Im right on this one tho :) Just listen to the tracks like Red Dragon, pure Activa sound

Im sorry but that was very underwhelming. Did not sounds as i thought it would sound at all. Quite empty and lifeless.

I was expecting something more from this track, especially that Brandt finally decided to put his name to a release again. Ironically, this sounds a lot like something Activa might produce, I mean I hear so many elements in common with his productions it's crazy

The only Trance track I've bought so far this year (other than Activa's recent Tri-Series vinyl releases). I really like it and find it rather pleasant on the old ears. Nice and polished, no gimmicks and a certain degree of classic vibes tucked away in there. Certainly much more palatable than anything I listened to in that Beatport Top 100 today anyway.

After hearing it the other day I decided to go through the Beatport Trance charts to see if there was anything else along these lines making the cut.

Gave up around number 50...brutal haha.

Out now exclusively on Bandcamp:

The production is indeed clean and polished. I just think the actual music is boring. For me it sounds like a tutorial track more or less. Like this is how you could build up your track. It sounds like a fine practice track to me, but not full package finished top tune. I just miss something in this. I like the first 3 -4 mins more than the actual main plucky part. Its just OK.

Trance producers these days dont know how to build energy, and I dont mean energy = steroids/loudness/edm. Its annoying when after the break it just shugs along with the exact same if not even lower energy levels than in the build. And I always complain about rhythmic variety and adding/removing elements cleverly. This also suffers from this. Its too basic beatwork.

Yeah, saying it's good because at least it's not sledgehammer generic steroid trance is not saying much. Things that sound better than sledgehammer generic steroid trance include the sound of 12 morbidly obese people farting in unison...and Plumb's voice.

I'm not saying that it's the reason I think it's good, just kinda making the point that it's easy on the ears in comparison to a lot of other current Trance sounds. Take from that what you will I guess.

I like the bass line which sort of reminded me of VDM's Remix of Rising Star - Touch Me in the early part, and although it's not got a huge memorable lead or so on, I just dig the overall vibe of it. Nice laid back and dreamy and I consider it really quite decent for a new release.

Clean and nice trance atmospheres. I makes me in a chill mood. Sleeper man is right though where is tha musical idea and journey? I will play this again though and this label already did a good one before with Amrita remixes so will follow them on bandcamp.

Try not to wear your ignorance on your sleeve, it isn't attractive. Laughably false, stated with embarrassing hubris. None of these ghosting accusations are even close to truth.

Well its definitely made by the same template as Activa. The track itself is clean, nice sounding, but lacks little something...still a solid 7/10
