This is my 3 track demo, could use advice on making it better, I hope to one day be part of a record label.

Like - breathable composition, and although synth bit cheesey for me, it does sound nice a clean, textured and intense. Some of the little FX are quite nice too, like the vocal. It has some interesting ideas in there.
Dislike - Rhythm (kick and hats) is very flat and rigid. Zero flowing or rolling feeling. Percussion needs to be much more interesting. What genre are you trying to make. If you have synth with a lot of personality/intensity, don't over do it, use it more sparingly.
Suggestion - work on track structure. It doesnt really have a clear intro, buildup, breakdown, climax, build down, outro. Of course music doesnt have to follow such a formula, but its a good place to start, and whart 90% of trance does.
