Found this one on Ben Lost’s mix, seems that we will have original from Tom @Sunda on LL soon :)

LOST199 >>>>>> As the doomsday clock ticks ever closer to LOST200, we are pleased to welcome SUNDA to LOST LANGUAGE for his full debut, delivering a beautifully poised double A-side in MIDNIGHT / SHINE - two cuts that harness that golden era, when deep, driving, emotionally rich trance music ruled superclub main rooms, whilst the spectre of whiffy Disney trance was still outside, queuing in the rain.

SUNDA's first EL-EL outing was on remix duties for QOOB back in 2024, and since then his sound has gone from strength to strength. MIDNIGHT leans into a distinctly classic energy, its melody nodding to the Grace-era Perfecto sound, underpinned by a warm, rolling drive. A dreamy Morrighan / Clannad-esque vocal drifts effortlessly above the groove, giving the track a timeless, late-night lift that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

SHINE shifts the mood inward - a soulful, melancholic vocal wrapped around a bittersweet riff that’s been quietly doing damage in my sets over recent months. It’s an instant burner with a soulful pull, built for those early hours when the back drip hits your throat, and forever friends are made.

On remix duties, former Crasher Kid and Passion regular Nick Simmons - aka NAREL - delivers a sleek, pumping progressive rework. Dialling up the groove while letting the vocal breathe, he crafts a version that builds patiently before landing with real intent - a classy, floor-focused reinterpretation from a producer on the up.
