Oh wow so is there any rule that say you have to describe the tracks here to post it, @Gagi once said that a member can post minimum three tracks a day. I dont know if you know me or not but i was a member of trancefix since 2006 and one of the most active members on old trancefix. I was away from this new trancefix site for few months and now in my busy schedule i take my time to post selected tracks but seems there are obstacles to post few selected tracks right !! or should I just stop posting tracks or write absolutely massive stuff/amazing stuff etc blah blah !! In trance websites majority looks for new releases and I am not posting some garbage stuff or track from unknown /amateur producers !!Three threads created in a few minutes. Zero words.
Is it really worthy to dump tracks just for the sake of it, or do you have some thoughts about it why you like to share it?
Aight aight, calm down. The tone might have been a bit belligerent from Magnetiv, admitted... but it was an honest question afiacs.Oh wow so is there any rule that say you have to describe the tracks here to post it, @Gagi once said that a member can post minimum three tracks a day. We encourage users to post only tracks that they deem worthy (and there are no criteria for that). You can indeed post three topics a day, a rule to avoid users throwing on everything just because they can.
So if you deem it worthy, then feel free. But I think you should realize that a lot of your topics end up with 0 replies. Just look at the history of your own posts. Pretty much all you do is create topics (and never participate in any other...), and a lot of them have zero replies.
People simply don't look at it. One of the reasons could be the empty topic. Picture it like this: A user sees the embed, but nobody talks to him, so why would he talk back? There's is no conversation started... This is why we encourage users to not just post an embed. But explain why you created the topic. This helps making the forum a more interactive place, and not just a dump for embeds.
[If I come across "belligerent" (never heard of this word before), I'm sorry. It's my Dutch culture combined with writing in a different language, plus I'm tired of having to say this stuff all the time. So forgive me.]
Ok fair enough, will try to describe the tracks that I post . I agree with 0 replies in most of my topics created but may be its due to that I post mainly uplifting and steroid/power stuff and i have seen in this new trancefix website majority of people dont like uplifting and steroid trance and starts bashing only few of them still appreciates this genre of uplifting and the majority here are into forescape /joof /progressive/deep dark etc etc kind of stuffs like in this thread no description but still got many replies coz its remixed by progressive producer and many threads like this!!We encourage users to post only tracks that they deem worthy (and there are no criteria for that). haha, by seeing the well known / good artist or his fav producer name in the topic he surely will listen to the tracks though its their choice to reply or notits better to write a few words, just a reason why we should listen...
I rather have that than generic stuff from "known" producers. You also say "selected" tracks. To me it just seems you post new tracks from the established labels and producers. Its not true trancefix only love deep dark stuff. I love uplifting, if its goodrack from unknown /amateur producers !!
But you don't post just a few tracks and they're not selected either. From what I can see you post mainly the same steroid sounds and tons of it too. I don't have a problem if that's your taste but that sound clearly isn't popular with the majority of users here, gets 0 replies and drowns out the material people actually want to hear.i take my time to post selected tracks but seems there are obstacles to post few selected tracks right !!
As I said, this is a discussion forum so it's different from other sites that just post new releases. In trance websites majority looks for new releases and I am not posting some garbage stuff or track from unknown /amateur producers !!
