TF Radio #028 - Anjunadeep Showcase

Welcome back everyone to another showcase of another obscure label no one have ever heard about!

This time, we go in deep. Often seen as the deeper sister-label of Anjunabeats, Anjunadeep was founded in 2005 by Above & Beyond and James Grant, focusing on more progressive and slow, atmospheric beats in contrast to the uplifting trance tracks of Anjunabeats. It quickly grew a lot of love and attention thanks to its wonderful compilation releases and now with multiple albums under its belt and more than 1000 releases since its beginning, it has become a go-to-label for the deeper sounds and today we want to celebrate that with a quick showcase of some of its older tracks.

Expect music from Komytea, Solarity, Signalrunners, Joonas Hahmo, Maor Levi and many more! We also decided to sprinkle in a couple of Anjunabeats tracks which will tie into our next label showcase *WINK WINK*

Oh, and before you go on about why we didn't include that particular track you love more than life itself, it's because of one of these 3 reasons. Feel free to pick one <3:
1. The track is dogshit. Sorry, you just have crap taste
2. I tried to include the track, I REALLY DID, it just didn't go with the flow, sorry
3. MAYBE it will be included in the next label showcase!

[Hensmon]

Thank you again dawg

[Jetflag]

Lovely label & selection

[HTY]

I gave up on them today, but they did have a great run for a time being. Will play this at work tomorrow and see how it goes down in the office.

[Spacetime]

Thank you fella

[erickUO]

This and the electro synth-synth-stop trance. Kinda miss that era

[Exodom]

You started with my favourite Anjunadeep track of all time

[No Return]

Good mix

Synapse Dynamics, Not A Lot Left and Fake Awake are all Anjunabeats tracks by the way...

[Katadunkass]

Good mix

Synapse Dynamics, Not A Lot Left and Fake Awake are all Anjunabeats tracks by the way...

[Software:06]

It was a nice throwback listen, but I think there's a more sophisticated side of Anjunadeep that can be better represented, outside of the Jaytech, PROFF, Cassette, Solarity sounds. I liked them growing up, but not so much today. No Matt Lange here is criminal. Good mix none the less.

[Motion]

Always fun to revisit these tracks. I always liked My Personal Summer, No One Seems to Care and Synapse Dynamics

[Aquarium]

Great label

[Juna]

I work late into the night and it's the perfect soundtrack

[Dhagor]

Lovely, just a lovely mix.
