Lars Nyheim and Tore Jensen are The Blizzard, two guys from Sørreisa, Norway who have been consistently releasing brilliant and distinctive trance music since 2007. For Just Kidding, they have teamed up with Russian-born San Diego-based producer Axis (Enhanced Progressive) for an electric piano and synth-fueled beauty of a track, full of positive energy and good-time vibes!

Nice collab here, and unexpected for Axis to team up with The Blizzard :)

Superb, Pure Trance the best label out there by miles. Love the mood and the melodies, and this is a great follow up to The Oboe.

Not completely sold on it. The climax doesn't do anything for me, while the rest is excellent.

It carries on smoothly, pleasant on the ears. Always love the Blizzard-y synths. It's a bit summery. But I agree though with Gagi that overall it doesn't do much for me. There's not much going on emotionally (for me).

Not to my taste this one either. It's fairy like trance synth pop which I just can't get grabbed by. No doubt there's some nice production elements but I can't connect with it.

The melody doesnt work for me at all, while the production is high quality as always. I much prefer Torden, Feather and Obie, all released this year :)

I like the light-hearted, playful melody. Has a nice synthwave / anime vibe to it. On the contrary, the production itself is a bit too basic/simple sounding. Wish there were more percussive and atmospheric layers to bulk up the track.
