@BS_BlackScout , a lot of the Need for Speed games, especially Underground 2 (Rush Hour of course, already mentioned), but also another 2. Specifically, NFS II Special Edition. Also a Rom di Prisco composition, namely the main menu theme:
After that, anything and everything from back when Jerry Martin was audio director at Maxis. From SimCity 3000, 4, The Sims 1 and 2, and more. The one that'll always stay with me is what could be considered the main theme of SC4, which I spent (and still spend) hundreds if not thousands of hours playing. Jazzy DnB with an absolutely ace sax solo in the buildup:
Another great one is the soundtrack for Anno 2070 (which IIRC is called Dawn of Discovery in the US for...reasons?). This is the menu theme from the Deep Ocean expansion:
On the other side, from the same game:
While all the OSTs for the Anno games are top shelf, 2070 blows all of them out the water, imo.
And I saved the real heavyweight for last: Super Mario 64. More specifically the theme that most people know as Dire, Dire Docks:
There's a metric truckload of others, from
Ghostrunner and
The Ascent, hell, if we go into licensed songs (as Rush Hour was for example), even
30 Seconds to Mars' Edge of the Earth, the opening track for Criterion's 2010 NFS Hot Pursuit remake.
