@DazTC sick production m8, and your studio made me moist.
It's my studio you prob seen :)
Glad you like the tracks!

As opposite to what a big guy in the scene said once, I'm begging you: please be a prisoner of your own style.

Speechless about the tracks.
Glad you like the tracks! :)

It's still coming guys:

Both Enigma State and ourselves are really excited to announce that In My Fantasy / Enigmatic will finally be going up for pre-sale in the coming days!
It’s already been a bit of a journey getting to this stage but we are finally nearing the end.
As this is a pre-sale it will have some waiting time for pressing but for now, here is a preview of how the main sleeve design will look

Just to get things straight: so now people have to fund the vinyl first then they can purchase it? Just curious. No sour faces.

I loved hearing the tracks in the that tranceclassics set but ive already played the tracks about 15 time each. Maybe you shouldve hołd on to the full tracks (almost full tracks in the mix) a little longer becuase the anticipation died off a little bit tbh. But i guess that feeling does come back with such nice tracks...

Digital release this year?

Well it costs money, better to have that money in advance so you can press and distribute rather than take a risk and go broke. The goal is 300 (probably some minimum to press at a certain price), and it's 15 Pounds a piece - 4500 Pounds is not a small amount of money. They reached nearly half that goal, which means they would still have 2250 Pounds of loss if things stayed this way (ok, probably less because the price includes profit as well but never mind that).

Haha stop it. You don't need to listen to them again, just ruining the wow effect for when you get it later.

We're just two average guys here with normal day (and night in my case) jobs trying to create and do something we think is cool in the scene mate. As classics fans ourselves, a vinyl release has always been our dream, but we need to have costs covered first as we certainly don't have that sort of money to just pay for pressing nor can we afford to lose it either if no one supported. The funding is the payment for the vinyl however, there's no further cost once the backing hits 100%

Listening to the promo mix so often is optional (glad you liked it though) and of course you can listen to any song out there as much as you like. If the interest has worn off for you then there's not much we can do really, but personally I look at these two tracks the same way I do with any genuine classics from back in the day.

Classics to me are those tracks that you do not tire of, those tracks that still give you those very same feelings as that first listen after the millionth play. They don't grow old.

Everyone has their own views, but every time I click play on those previews I still get shivers and a feeling of disbelief that these two tracks are coming out in this current day and age.

So, digital coming later huh? I Will support, but i'm not gonna buy a turntable right now.
Hi :)

Darren has covered most of the deets on the vinyl, but in short we genuinely don't know if we will hit the 300 so a fundraiser campaign is the best option for all.
If we hit the 300 with backers then it goes ahead and people get the vinyl with the money they've pledged (you only pay the one time - obvs we can't dictate postage and/or any customs/tax around the world)
If it doesn't get the 300 backers by the end date then noone pays anything. Its a much less risk process than if we spent a couple thousand £+ on 300 vinyls and then we only managed to sell a portion and be out of pocket left with unsold vinyls, so we felt this was the best choice. We either all win and get the release or we all get nothing and not paid a penny.
Additionally we've done this with no affiliation to a label. I didn't want a label dictating what happens, how it sounded, or sent it out on promo via MP3 for a few hundred mid range DJs to throw them in a Facebook live mix set between tracks that just won't compliment the style of Trance tracks these are 😊

As for the digital release, 100% yes it will get a digital release and is planned to go out at the time when the vinyl (if the campaign is successful) is released so that everyone can enjoy it in physical and digital format at the same time.
Keeping it old skool as much as we can.
We ourselves have to buy the vinyl too ( we do get a few white label test pressings) so both me and Darren are also in the mix as backers.

Honestly it's been a huge learning curve coming from what a digital label does, and I'm sure there's still more to learn along the way. 🙂

In my fantasy is lot better compared to the other track. Reminds me of Trance from 2002 it even sounds like it's a set from 2001 - 2003 which is rare.

EDIT: Why does this version sound scratchy compared to the radio mix?

I actually like the Enigmatic track more.

What an energy in that one.

The best achievement is: it doesnt sound like a specific “Hero” from back then. It sounds pretty authentic.

I will support a digital release for sure. The scene needs more of this.

I like it.

These days we're so used to getting "what we want" > "right now".

Squid Game is a nice example. Just put your tv on > Netflix > start. Two days later, the joy is over when you binged the thing. Ready for the next thing.

This thread shows it's possible to have the old "joy" of having to wait for something special. It's good.

7 pages and as far as i can understand these tracks are still nowhere to be found right? More hype than Squid Game....

I'd never heard of Squid Game until it was available on Netflix to be honest lol, but it's certainly nice to see there's been a good bit of interest in this release so far :)

I mean we 'could' release the digital versions right now as they've been finished for some time, but the initial concept and dream has always been to release these retro style Trance tracks on vinyl just like back in the day, so those digital versions will release on or around the same time as this.

I'm sure you'll understand vinyl projects take some time with lots going on behind the scenes, some setbacks and so on as well as the time taken to press on top.

I mean we didn't have to tease you those clips to so early I guess, but I was just so excited by what I'd heard myself from Nath I just wanted and needed others to hear and see if the interest was there.
