This track was created by an amateur producer who remixed video games (Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana, etc.). It was never actually released on a label, but instead it was featured on his website. I've probably heard it the most out of anyone in the world and right now the Youtube upload only has 167 views, so it's a very exclusive hidden gem that no one heard.

Thank you for reminding me of Human Blue! Human Blue was supported by JOOF back in the days and I enjoyed quite a few of his tracks (and albums). And even though I have occasionally thought of rechecking his productions, it has slipped my mind every time.

Maybe it would be the right time to fix this issue ASAP.
