Great work from all.

I don't know if I share the same enthusiasm about the year. Not enough good underground tracks and not enough variation in the regular scene. The Borderline sound is stronger than ever, but it's not enough. I still want and expect more.

Not enough underground music in that top 100, but I respect the results, and actually those top 3 tracks are not half bad at all. Tight forum you have here, glad to be a part of it.

I haven't listened to any of these, and i dont listen to a lot of new trance releases to be honest so i did not vote. But Nitrous Oxides 'Stardust' that was released three (?) weeks ago on Anjuna was pretty good.

Very happy to see those results, probably the most in line top 100 with my taste I have seen so far from people here. Enigma State's album was phenomenal, I played it again last night, although I am a little surprised Mjimering did so well. It's good, but likely not in my top 5 from that album. Emotions, Legion and Elevate are what stood out most.

I implore you all again to listen to Drake Equation, Electric Stars and Occam's Razor. Each time its a new layer that is revealed by the listen.

This year my favorite underground track is Coredata - Shimmer. Set this man up a gofund me so we can have him making 30 tracks a year. If there are any billionaires using this forum, then you know what to do.

Not enough underground music in that top 100:

I was going to post this in the other voting thread, but I'll leave it here as it's likely more discoverable. @Hensmon if you feel it's a conflict or problem LMK, and I'll move it.

The underground was spotty this year for me, but I still managed to get a top 125 like last year of solely underground that were a cut above. I like to post these each year as it seems the underground stuff gets lost in the more mainstream voting results. This year's list is even more sparse with the underground, likely given the apparent downturn in quality in 2025. We lost more artists and labels, and many of them turned to the dark side of Tech House. Stilll.. I have plenty to mix with, but I was digging in dumpsters all over to get there. It's also super interesting to me to see Bönna - Sacred Soul (Phoenix Rebirth Mix), place highest from the underground content. While it's a great track, it's barely trance to me, though it does have that subtle build I do look for and very much appreciate. Though for the TF community, that's the one everyone rememberd? Suprising. I think it just reflects how little attention this music gets in the world much less this tiny niche of the music community. There are only a handful of us that dig really hard for this stuff it appears, and it is a hell of a lot of work! @erickUO, @TRANCEBLASTER , @m_st, @Hensmon and recently @hoopoe, you have my thanks for your continued time in the trash piles. The rest of you cunts need to step it up

Also, and this is just a personal gripe, but I am continually shocked that Quietman isn't getting more attention. The Flow, and Fish and Chips in particular, are absolutely stunning pieces of music. The Trancestors album gets better and better with every listen. And the Progression EP was also so beautiful. Perhaps his stuff is really niche for people, and certainly not easily mixable. But as to trance - the musical miracle that puts me in a state of hypnosis - I don't know that it gets much better for me than Quietman in 2025.

I dont vote in this kind of stuff - there isnt enough great tracks a year to be making a big list. I was just surprised it wasnt voted in by others,when i remember the very positive thread about it.

I can't agree more, Haley's Comet by Quietman is one of the most interesting tracks I have listened last year.
