Something I fully understand. Wasn't sure myself either for this year and last year but I ended up going. The accomodation is something to consider and also why I had to choose a hostel. Also thanks goodness FlixBus has a direct connexion from Lille to Amsterdam in less than 5 hours which saves me a lot of trouble as the train to get there is a mess and costs a hell lot (when the bus was ridiculously priced : 30€ for both outbound and inbound trips).

This year, I'm making my dreams come true and showing up for all four days. I plan to spend most of my time at the smaller stages, listening to artists I don't usually get to hear at festivals in Poland.

Enjoyed a rather fantastic Pure Trance get-together last night with Peter Steele, Solarstone DJ’ing and @Super-Frog Saves Tokyo doing his live show. Got to have a chat with him during and after the event. A genuinely nice guy!
Sadly, my phones mic appears to taken issue with me standing so close to the PA and killed the audio.
Never mind, I’m sure you can get the gist!
A really nice, intimate venue as well. Good to hear Rich play a few of his older tracks including ‘3rd Earth’ which absolutely went off
Also great to finally meet @mrwright in the flesh as well. David/Standard Form was supposed to make an appearance, but was sadly unwell and couldn’t make it, adding yet more fuel to @Daysleeper ‘s theory that Standard Form and @mrwright are infact the same person…

eh? which event was this? I wouldve come...i live 10 minutes from Leeds haha.

It was a private party think, with less then 100 people, wasn't really advertised anywhere.
I was invited as well, but chose The Thrillseekers gig in London at the same day (it was much closer to me).

Yeah its a shame cos it wouldve been good to meet up with fellow producers from the pure trance label...il try make it to the next one hehe. I just didnt know about it.

As the editor also one of the founders of Pure Trance China, I am about to go home and help to organize this event which invites Lostly, Super8 & Tab, EMBRZ, ALIGASH and many more. There is a little Pure Trance China logo in the lower right corner and Lostly is here for Pure Trance.
I will be responsible for the reception of Lostly and Super8 & Tab and many other things, so are there anything you guys want to ask them?
If you are in China, about to go to China or want to go to China, here is a good chance (Will there really be one? Haha).
July 12th at Maofeng Mountain Campground, Taihe Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

Yeah. I was at the classics stage mostly. I really liked Ruben de Ronde his set. Some cheesy euro-trance, fun to hear those.

Hearing Ian van Dahl - Reason yesterday was so much fun
Spend most of the time at the classics stage. Nice sets from G&D, SvD & Marco V. Started on the main with some nice grooves from Mir Omar, Estiva & Dosem. We left during Scot Project. Wtf was that about, defqon meets qlimax

Had a great time, was nice meeting you. Classic stage all the way. Also left when Scot Project began, was hoping for some good old hardtrance but Scot together with Suckley served us with hardstyle
My track would probably be Primer - Everlast. I think that one was played, if not, than some other Danjo & Styles production. Love those guys.

Yeah this one was played indeed, I guess by Ruben. Don't think it was with G&D, so must have been Ruben.
I was surprised the audience liked it so much as well. Tracks like DJ Shog - Another World and Ian van Dahl - Reason... let's just say that 20 years ago a trance deejay really couldn't put on these tracks during Trance Energy. That would have been not done.
But it's many years later and it's somehow more accepted now. Fortunately, as I've always liked those cheese Euro-trance type of tracks as well.
Sander van Doorn was good too. Imo you can hear he's a good producer, his tracks really sound crisp 'n clear and banging. Like that "King of my Castle" remix he made. Sounds perfect.

some of you might now about Untold Festival, an event that takes place in Romania for quite a while now. I wanted to ask if any of you will be attending this year, but I found out they will no longer have a Trance stage. This is very disappointing, because they had one for the last 9 years and a lot of known artists used to play there.
