What you are now describing is very different; a bizarre and sophisticated modern (and active) conspiracy, from a large team of individuals - that now includes CGI artists, practical FX artists, and fake witnesses - all of which who operate under a secret program above the level of Presidents, Pentagon Directors, CIA Directors, Senators and Congress, that deliberately sets out to manufacture volumes of evidence in order to trick high-ranking intelligence officials (i.e Grusch, Elizondo, Melon), so that they feel motivated to go on to convince the entire government and US public that a non-human intelligence is visiting earth.
