I know we're a diverse community here and it's one of the things I like about this forum. We mainly talk about internationally recognized songs, but I would also be interested in electronic music from your country that for one reason or another never really made it beyond the borders.

I was pleasantly surprised to find some really nice Hungarian tracks from back in the day. Will post them at some point if this topic picks up. So I'm curious to find out more about electronic music from other countries, regardless if it is for dancing, clubbing or just chilling.

At the begginings of the 2000's there was a certain vibe and this next Romanian song always take me back:

From Norway:

Estima - Hitmans Paradise

Pure N Jamie - Northern Spirit

And maybe this one although a lot more cheesy:

T.R.C. - The Anthem (Heavens Wire Mix) [2005]
Happy, highly-energetic hard trance that probably didn't make it outside of the local Japanese scene of its producers. Nothing about it indicates that it could have been big, but it would have been right at home in the DJ sets of famous mid-2000s hard trance DJs and producers.

edit: and, from Mexico,

Sussie 4 - Piel Canela [2012]
This song is about 12 years too late and in the wrong part of the world, but it would have been a pop hit if released by a famous European DJ. The track itself is a reinterpretation of Piel Canela [1952], one of the most famous and most legendary songs in Spanish.

DJ Project - In lumea ta

These guys were quite succesful locally in Romania in the early 2000's. We felt they had a "western sound".

UNU - Lumea viseaza

This is an underrated song, if it were in English I think it would have received some proper recognition.
