Loved that there are tons of original tracks, not just choked with classic remixes. Honestly, only one track really hit for me Brandt Hoff's "Dream About You" The rest are decent but don't really catch my vibe.

The first CD is boring. Everything sounds the same. At least the first seven tracks. So far, it's a disappointment for me. Maybe it's because I'm used to combining genres until I get to trance.

As expected there's at least 5 or 6 tracks I really love, and I'm sure more will follow with other listens. For a modern trance comp it's good.

Maybe it needs more time, maybe its a grower like 9 and 10, time will tell...
but so far the only standout tracks are the old classics.
Out of the new ones, none of these are better than 7/10 for me, so a bit dissapointing tbh

what exactly makes you disappointed about it?

the key component that is exclusive tracks remains the same. also, if there were some fuckups with live mixing, I'm pretty sure those parts would be fixed in studio post-production

overall this doesn't change a bit about the mix compilation concept

If I'm correct, ASOT 2026 is also mixed live, or ar least the digital official release pretends to be what Armin played live

The big difference is its recorded live in a club environment. No recorded in a studioz with multipe attampts. Its a one shot or done. Both playin club music which can be different from a atudio recorded compilatiom . Coudous to them putting it out as a club record livee mix will show so many more small mixong flaws but thetracklist wiĺl be club orientated

A love club mix cannot be stop and started if you mix is a bit out and clubs mises tend to bring out best in these guyz.

Has so far on waht ive heard on thi mix, flow is perfect for a night under rhe lights going at it. Both legendaray DJ' that are tune selectors and know their audience.

Struggle.to get two true trance artist like them that know what they doing and can take you on a journey.

I think it epic and much pure trance, that som of the guff presented as trance today.
