Oh, holy shit, it’s the saddest news of the year… @Sunda , Lawn Jarre, @LostLegend, @spacejump and @erickUO - congrats that you could be a part of it…

[Munki]

bitter sweet news

[NameLessYet]

So sad to hear this. Lucky that I have been to Ben Lost's 25 years of Lost Language event last year in Shenzhen and even got a "To Steven" signature from him (shown in my avatar). Ben is such a great person and wish him all the best in the future.

Also, it seems that this only means Ben has left Lost Language, and LL will be still running. (Lawn said that)

Last but not the least, congratulations to my friend @Lawn Jarre.

Ok, more words from boss himself:

[LostLegend]

End of an era.
Ben gave me my first ever proper release with my remix of Otto K's 'Sea of Souls'. So I'm glad to see Otto is also back for this release as well.

I got to meet Ben at a Plasma Future event in Manchester earlier this year and he really is the nicest person you could wish to meet IRL.
Wish him all the best for wherever life takes him next!

Looks like @erickUO is part of this aswell under his Hobby Shop alias.

Good to see you gents featured on the last breath of a legend at least

Oh, this was edited, so great to see @erickUO as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️

And now we know for what kind of „interest” it was removed

Hobby Shop - Era

Recovered this project from HDD failure. I was planning to redo the mixing, but doubt it will happen. So here it is. A steroid track attempt made in ~2018. - Track removed as there's been some interest ;) -

PS. Somehow, I couldn’t tag Lawn Jarre, thank you @NameLessYet for doing that

[erickUO]

Thanks to @jamescosgrove1980 for reposting the track on SC. I think Ben saw it from there

Ben is a good friend of mine, I sent it to him when I heard it.

Glad he managed to get it on his last release.

Dominion - 11 Hours (Sunda Remix) sounds lovely <3
Looking forward to hearing the rest

[Unjungle]

Oh my man… end of an era. For me one of the best ever out there. Hopefully he keeps on being active.

I am absolutely certain he will not be able to walk away from it! he loves the music

[Magdelayna]

Sad to see Ben leave the label...it was an honour to have my 'Stage One' remix on LL a few years ago...

[No Return]

Was a fantastic label back in the day. Still always worth checking in here and there today too.

Bit late on this thread, but definitely a bittersweet moment. On one hand I'm so grateful that the little track I made for fun got picked up by Ben and ended up on this EP (my very first genuine release!!). On the other hand it's so sad to see Ben go. I met him IRL at Luminosity 2025 and as others said, he's such a lovely person. He did such an incredible job during his time at LL. Amazing music all-round. Glad I could be part of the journey right at the end :').

P.S. the version in this post (zenith - three days) is the very first version of the track. It has since had adjustments in sounds/arrangement/mastering. Final version in the release should sound a bit nicer
