Planning a hiking/sightseeing trip for next weekend! Short days and crappy weather definitely not helping, so trying to think of workarounds for that. But definitely still excited about it!

Just wanted to say i just had a hugely confidence inspiring conversation with my GP who seems to have researched my mysterious bladder case thoroughly. It began shortly after getting Covid 19 2 years ago and is possibly related to a new unknown bacteria that has appeared in rare cases some bladder issue sufferers since getting Covid 19. I recently experienced such excruciating pains i almost passed out and a colleague has said he couldn’t work out where my face ended and my white tunic started after id returned from 45 minutes in the lavatory.
I was that pale.
I now have a very focused treatment plan to follow until the consultant urologist comes back with hopefully a firm diagnosis .
The activity on this group has actually helped me so much as I have had lots of music related stuff to focus on read and comment on.

Trip cancelled. Thought I could catch the last good weather of the year for this trip but it's not gonna happen.
Anyhow, I came back from work, and I honestly haven't been doing anything besides making a quick dinner. Need to pick something up, away from the laptop, but in an apartment in a big city, my choices are limited. I train in the morning (so that's out), and the last couple of free hours in the evening I just sit in front of the screen, mostly, doing nothing of any significance.
On that note... More and more I feel like I want to move to a more peaceful location, where I could have a backyard and spend time outside. Ideally, in the mountains, in a small and dying village, where I have electricity, clean water, a store nearby and internet (for work). A girl can only fantasize...

That lifestyle is eerily close to me. I live in an urban area, but the place you're describing is maybe an hour away from me, tops. Very cozy and rural, where lots of people are into hiking and mountain biking.

Do you make any kind of art? When i got back into writing music, it was a great sense of excitement and achievement. Im sure a many on here would give you some tips on music production if you haven’t done any before. (although with your passion and knowledge of trance it would surprise me if you haven’t)
The place you’d like to live sounds lovely.
ps, atleast you have my F ups with trying to communicate on this forum to look forward to viewing as I dont believe il ever get it right, see above for example.

I did use to produce for years, however I don't anymore. Regardless, I would still be sitting in front of the screen, which is what I'm trying to avoid.

Whenever I made a new track... Sometimes I might make another version of that track, or whatever...
When the whole project is completed.... then I'm always sort of "blank" for multiple weeks. I don't have any energy, no feeling, no enthusiasm to make music. It's like I had a baby and I'm done for a while.
Does anyone of you have something similar?

Nice videos btw Progrez. They probably just throw in a lot of stuff and mess around with it till something comes out.
I don't believe they magically listen to that one track and instantly know their plan with it. Let alone listen to various tracks and instantly know a plan with various parts to make a track. It's probably a big process and something comes out.
They are great producers in any case.

Honestly I'm not even that interested in it anymore. No drive or enthusiasm. Anyhow, I feel like it needs to be something outside, away from the screen.

You may end up enjoying spending time with the family closer to work which doesn't cause any stress.
