Look, If these people where truly the epitomy of what it means to be a valuable employee for a company, they, (especially with full payment and benefits for 3 months afforded to them, and probably a nice golden handschake here and there) should have no problem getting a job somewhere else and probably wouldn't be wasting their time trying to get back/pwn the new boss.

which honestly only makes them look emotionally weak/bratty and something worth thinking twice about hiring somewhere else..

If, however these people where what I suspect them to be, for the most part pampered in defacto payed adult-daycare during their "carreer", then no, I have no problem pooring their salt on my morning eggs, and zero sympathy for todler esq temper tantrums like that.

yeah I wouldn't count on it if anything the level of temper tantrum/ entitlement is firmly in their ballcourt.. but you're/they're free to try and uphold it if you can , I love a good eternal meme

It'll Be curious to see if the reusability v factory-assembly-line concepts are sustainable economic models in the long run, at least for his "mars dream" so far they seem to be. But if space X remains the only one then it might be another short-cut space age. I for one hope Bezos, ESA and the rest adopt the same principles.

@Hensmon I just found out that Meta memorializes the accounts of deceased people. This feels like very cursed knowledge that I wish I didn't know.

It means a lot, as I will be able to preserve the facebook account of my older sister...

I have some friends on FB who passed away, always wondered if it was weird that the account still existed, but I often see people posting pictures on their timelines when significant dates or memories come up and its actually kind of nice.

you just report the profile, then select "something else" and "memorialize this account." FB shows you the instructions to memorialize (which involves uploading the death certificate)

It seems like most of the employees on the left were domestic. Right now the only employees remaining are pretty much all on H1B visas (i.e. foreign workers) that need to keep working there, or else they get deported from the US
