Interesting, this could be why so many movies and tv shows look so bad.

Now I just figure out if they have a feature to turn off lens flares and shaky cameras too
I've complained about this exact issue before!

When I got my TV I noticed that movies and TV shows look so bad, then I found the feature that makes everything look like a movie (i.e. 24 fps). It's a game-changer.

I wonder why movies are so loud? I prefer the way they shot back in the 90's and 2000's it was so realistic.

Anyway, I have created a website where I will be promoting the music, arts and anything that I find I am unsure if my website will generate any traffic at all. and also create a podcast discussing the latest underground music being released and discussing old ASOT episodes, old tracks and sets and other radioshow dj sets and productions and live events as well.

What do you guys think?

If you’re wondering how things are going in the UK, despite the ongoing cost of living crisis, energy inflation crisis, war in the Ukraine, continued after effects of Brexit & the ongoing calamity that is our government; BBC news are currently busy following a corpse down the motorway for the next 6 hours.

😒

Looks like Luminosity 2023 already has a website, but the line up has not been announced yet:
Link
The 4-day ticket is 215 euro, or about $217 in freedom units. Artist M&G for the 4 days is 585 euro, or about $590 freedom units.
Looks like you can upgrade the 4-day ticket to artist M&G as well, which would run for 564 euro ($569). Hmm it's cheaper to buy the ticket and then upgrade separately rather than buying the artist M&G directly, I wonder what's the catch?
I've never been to a festival at all, so I'm intrigued by the options for lockers, cashcard credit, and the shuttle bus Zandvoort.

The roundtrip from my area to Amsterdam is roughly $1300. Yikes. Gotta save up! ... and it's a 10-12 hr flight with layover in Washington DC. Not sure how expensive a hotel/hostel per night would be at Zandvoort.

Your average Stayokay hostel in Ijmuiden or Bloemendaal is around 60 euro's per night including breakfast and wifi. But I recommend booking in advance.

other options include:
Campings: which is fairly doable and fun in Summer
Coughsurfing (with a trancefix member?)
or bivouac in the dunes (done that plenty of times) with the added risk of getting chased by cops and/or rain

I am very scared of flying these days to be honest. Hearing stories of people dying scares me a lot.

I am now going to ruin your day/life by casually informing you that most accidents and deaths statistically happen in or around the house and/or in traffic
🤷‍♂️

(sorry)

Yeah I've flown domestically and always felt safe. Then again, I've only flown Delta and American Airlines. If I had to fly Malaysian Airlines, or didn't trust my country's airlines I would be super skeptical.

There is no 'good news' about either of the primary parties in the UK right now. Neither is there anything especially 'Blairite' about them really. Tony Blair left an extremely bad taste in the mouth re: Iraq, but at least there was a semi-functional welfare state, decent employment prospects, decent GP/NHS systems, the possibility of owning a house, a sense of national unity (Good Friday agreement)... etc.

There's some truth that Labour now appear to be even more right wing, but only because the Tories have moved about 300% further right that, rather than offer an alternative, Labour has decided the best course of action is to move about 290% further right in response.

well Malaysia airlines does has that reputation a bit aswell here in the Netherlands alright. especially after the MH17 disaster. Then again flying is and probably will be the savest way to travel for the future to come.

its a bit like nuclear energy. it has a bad stigma due to one or two impactfull disasters but all in all its one of the few if not the best options.

it feels like a cold, only much more fatiguing. Didn't have the motivation to get out of bed, drive around, or cook at all. Just barely managed by.

Not even singapore airlines? There have been 2 crashes for malaysian airlines Mh17 and MH370.

Look at these airplane crashes it's interesting I'd like to know which countries have the most and why.

For sure, I thought it was a cold but also it was odd that I felt too tired to get out of bed or the couch. When I tested positive, it all made sense

I'll respond to your comment about Singapore airlines later. I've never heard of them.

Singapore airlines is one of the best I have flown. Although, I have seen on youtube that the UAE companies are a lot better. Singapore airport is top class and I've been told that it's illegal to spit our chewing gum.
The sale of chewing gum in Singapore has been illegal since 1992. Since 2004, an exception has existed for therapeutic, dental, and nicotine chewing gum, which can be bought from a doctor or registered pharmacist. That's so odd about smoking laws that they allow smoking even though it's more disgusting than chewing gum.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in public buildings, government offices, workplaces, MRT stations, bus interchanges, elevators, shopping centers, air-conditioned restaurants, taxis, buses and theatres. It's also prohibited in indoor fast-food outlets, bowling alleys, bars, nightclubs and many other public spaces.
