Damn. Hard question. Usually, I'd say post-2001, everything sounded less and less organic to me. And even if it did, most of the time, it wasn't uplifting. A couple of examples would be ideal.

Hibernate - Mane Sonitus [2001]

Adam White & Anthony Dean - Out of Knowwhere [2006]
Don't let its release year fool you. This is a pretty organic uplifter from Platipus that has a good old-school style.

Outgate - Iota Zero [2002]
Outgate was a Jani Rantanen aka Incolumis project. I actually downloaded it off an old archive of MP3s containing Jani's early work and uploaded it to Youtube myself. In the past 4 years it has accumulated ~120 views, and no one else uploaded this track.

Definitely some of the older songs, I always found ATB uplift heavily underrated. And to me they sound very natural, but it might be because I listened them thousands of times. No matter if you like ATB ot not this are some of the greatest euphoric melodies, they never fail to bring a tear in my eyes...

Nah, just post and we'll see where we end up. Just think organic and uplifting.

The more the better.

Organic to me means something that doesn't follow a formula. It happens purely through inspiration. A good example would be Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar and its many remixes.
The original mix is very organic and my favourite mix of this track. It is pure trance without any formula.

The Three N One remix, on the other hand, although pretty good, does follow a standard formula of build up, break down and then main riff followed by an outro. It's a great remix but this formulaic nature marks it down below the original in my opinion.

So for truly organic trance you'd probably have to go back to before 1997 as then a lot of it begins to follow a set formula as above. Ferry Corsten's production are a prime example of this. He truly was the king of following a certain formula when making records.
