So.... what about it? Why did you make a thread? Do you have any thoughts about the track that made you want to share it?

Atkinson did some nice things, but this one is poor. Beep beep ting ting, too simple and boring.

I really like the breakdown, the vox-thingy and the square-ish pluck give it a nice atmosphere. Not a big fan of the drop, but I think it's a good track overall

I think this is brilliant, much more layers to this track then initially meets the eye. Will be a big one over the coming year.
Great job from Atkinson

Tired of hearing Lisa Gerrard's vocals in trance tracks, especially that sample (2:28). Plus, the way the vocals are used is quite cheap, you can hear that stuff in commercial (deep-house) etc. quite a lot nowadays. Otherwise, the track has some potential, but I don't like the execution. Somehow the combination of the beats and the melodies is a bit off, not quite fit for full impact.

But hey, it's clearly a festival track, it'll work there quite well.

Kinda cheesy, but not too bad. Kinda bro-ish. Too much of everything, but too little of something else. Lack some form of consistency.

I cant take Atkinson seriously. :/

This track is all over the place. It feels like it was meant to be a storming tech-trancer with the intro and initial 2 minutes or so, but then it becomes pretty standard and forgettable uplifting trance.
People are going to go nuts to this, but frankly the harder/darker parts are much better than the main section.

I love and hate Will Atkinson. Hes a good producer but his songs are so unbalanced and random sometimes. He puts in so much weird stuff at times as well.

You never know what will happen , suddenly the whole song changes and it feel like you listen to a different genre within the same song.

4:30 the take off, it doesnt fit in the same song as the take off at 5:50. It sounds like 2 different songs and if i heard this in a mix i would totally belive it was 2 different songs.

It could have been good this one, a shame.

I always hear recycled melodies and samples from the past in Will's tracks but he does them well - youve got Public Domain at the start, then GD - Choral Reef intro melody, then that vocal sample thats from an old track (cant remember which right now)...the main melody is the weakest part of the track imo, very generic - and the outro melody is the best bit of the track ha. Will be a very popular track thats for sure.

I keeps growing on me, I quite like the whole conceptuality of a "last rave on earth" track. you have your acid Operation Blade esq part, your Clear blue water synth, your dreamy vocal breakdown and finally your trancey supersawtooth arp, all @ 145 bpm end of the night beat. Sort of all the things you would want in your "final rave on earth"
