Let me just reiterate my words - it builds up to nothing. The break is wonderful and the track has so much potential, has lots of Andy Moor/Lolo vibes, but the climax leaves a lot to be desired. I really don't get that trend (and it certainly is that). It's definitely not easy to make a great breakdown - creatively, it's probably hardest of all - but with that said, if that's already great (and it is here), how much harder can it be to combine it all to a melodic climax?
Apart from that, the little transition/immediate build-up to the "climax" is just not well done - even with the rolling snares, it feels like the beat starts too suddenly, there's a sudden shift in energy and the entire transition doesn't feel very natural or well-flowing.
I honestly think this could have been made into a TOTY contender with a couple of simple edits, as well as with an additional melody.
That said, if this is your first released trance track, I can't wait to listen to your second (and third, and so on)! I can hear your talent in the breakdown. I hope the feedback doesn't discourage you, and do keep in mind that (some of) us here don't really mind how much clean or well-mastered a track sounds, we appreciate musical content most of all, and how a track makes us feel.
In the end, thank you for joining our community, we hope you enjoy your stay and find some value in our feedback.
