Game changer for a 15 year old who was angry about the volume of homework, lack of girls and mum confiscating the weed.

Rage Against The Machine - Vietnow

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced their world tour and beginning to tease about the new album. It's amazing I will get to see John play one more time, the last time was 15 years ago. It's sobering how much event tickets for these big bands cost today. If you want to be near the front, you will be paying 250 Euros at a minimum! 15 years ago I paid 40 for the 'golden circle' front row. My friend in the US paid 850 dollars to be in the equivalent this time.

But to go back on topic, here is another heart wrenching track I hold very dearly by these guys.

System of Down changed my young lad life completely, the Toxicity album just blew my fucking mind. I would play the CD over and over in my room to read, to play video games, even sometimes to sleep to (somehow). It was probably my first entry into Metal music and it put the genre In my top 3 and it hasnt dropped since. I cant get enough of the intensity, the anger, the face crunching, and the head thrashing.

Chop Suey now the most watched Metal song on youtube... 1.1 billion!!! This track is a revolution, still phenomenal today. Kerang 2001 glory days.

Now my two favorites are these ones...

Ariels

Science

Special mention to Forest & Prison Song, also 10/10.

Oh boy, kinda giddy to share. I'm mostly a psych rock / shoegaze person, but enjoy various forms of rock and metal. Here are some favorites:

I'd like to share more but don't want to spam too much hehe.
