1. Music (gigs/making it/listening to it/loving it)
2. Travelling/hiking/wild camping - I love visiting places in the beautiful UK and beyond with my mates and family. It's also nice to constantly be reminded that - despite the internet - places you visit are rarely as you're led to believe online and people are generally lovely
3. Literature/Film/TV - massive fan of books and film and always have been
4. Video games - been obsessed my entire life with them starting with the Atari 2600 and never stopping in between that and my PS5/Switch
5. Socialising - drinking with friends and family. Cannot be beaten

Music:
Like many here, my life needs a constant soundtrack, and I’ll give most things a listen. My tastes are… eclectic

Making music:
Something I rediscovered my love for during lockdown and things have gotten increasingly out of hand since then!

Books:
I am somewhat of a bookworm and get through around 30-50 books per year, which is not that many compared to some people in the book club I’m a member of. Some triple figure maniacs in there.
I like to read all sorts and tend to flit between fiction and non-fiction as fair bit depending on whether I feel like learning something or just being entertained.

Video games:
Not as much ch as I used to as I’ve gotten older, I find it harder to find ones that hold my attention long enough to finish them these days and tend to favour shorter, unique indie titles recently.

Fermenting:
OK a bit of a random one this, but this hobby is a recent addition. I’ve always loved pottering around in the kitchen and have occasionally made my own sauerkraut, fermented hot sauce and chilli oil, but my old place was too small for all the proper storage and the like.
Moved to a bigger place earlier this year and have jumped back in. I have a couple of large mason jars of homemade kimchi fermenting in the cupboard at the moment and am planning a fermented pepper & chilli mix on my next weekend off.

🤓🤓🤓

Home made kimchi!
Got the ferment time right (just over 3 days to get it suitably tangy) needs more chilli flakes next time though! 🌶️

That's something I really wanna have a crack at, as a self described foodie who owns 3 barbecues and lives in a very Korean suburb of Sydney
