...mistakes here and there and improved the mix and mastering a bit. There will also be mastered versions by my Slovenian friend, composer, producer and mastering engineer Blaž Vrečko known as Reconceal.
I have decided to release both Reconceal's mastered versions which are mastered to the industry standards and my original mastered versions which will be marked as [Original Vision] at the end of th...

Give me a break about assuming. Whole forum here assumes everybody is a sellout and whatnot and everyone knows best and that their opinion is worth it's weight in gold.

Yeah, I like where @Reconceal is going with it. Before, you couldn't just make a song without effort. You could get the same tools that everyone else was using, which back in the day would have been VA synths like the Roland JP-80...

John Askew: his track breakdowns that are out of this world, simple yet catchy melodies, and his obsession with single note basslines
He's also used the same kick and bass samples (not sure about percussion,...
But maybe that was it. You had one or two synths. There was no patch sharing and preset buying. Layering was unpractical.

But how about before? In the old days, almost everything was done with Virus, a single VA synth. And JP8000.

But it's true!
And it gets worse internally.
I just received a promo email, uplifting orchestral, great production, 1 original 2 remixes... All of them are virtually identical. All of them have Dave Parkinson...
Ofcourse they are bitter and hostile.
Small scene and too many fans react like abusive drug addicts, willing to lock artists into mental prisons, fan own little "sweatshops", forcing them to make "the product"...

This one is the next song on that tracklist, also ID, or ID - Everest now. We'll see
Everest is probably from Re:Locate & Robert Nickson (ASOT'2016).. ?
They still do, it's just that people who complain stopped going out, because there is always some tiny reason not to support an artist.
It's perfectly normal. You can't expect your opinion will matter if you d...
I remember days when djs based their releases upon how audiences reacted on tracks in clubs.
