I’ve been struggling to release my artist album for about five years now. A lot of that has been due to some really difficult life circumstances that honestly crushed my soul for a while, and along with that, a lot of my creativity disappeared too. Thankfully, it finally feels like things are...

Thanks all. I really appreciate it. BTW here's the full version of the source clip I filmed of the previews I put on YouTube. I just haven't posted about it anywhere yet. Some of these tracks are reboots, and still need to be updated / finished, but it will happen this year.

The Sean Tyas remix is in my top 10 fav tracks of all time, and I think one of Sean's best remixes ever, IMO. I'm a little confused by this release overall. It's cool to have new remixes by Chris Element and Protoculture of course, but I cannot find the original online as I only have the Tyas...

It's coming. :) Life and work obligations have been more demanding in recent years, which has slowed down the creative process. On top of that, I decided to hold off on a 2024 release after realizing that another artist named Magnus had already launched his album that year. With our music...

I 100% agree. I download everything and rarely stream. Thanks for this awesome mix, Magdelayna!

Thank you! That means a lot. Have a great weekend! 🙏

Well said. This pretty much sums up my thoughts as well. I'm thankful I've had a day job during my musical endeavors to fall back on.

No need to apologize at all! :) And I agree with you that having access to a fully working project file is a great learning tool. I have traded project files with a few producers in the past and learned quite a few things and vice versa, but I would never sell mine to the public. Some of us...

I don't mean ghost producers. Unfortunately, I'm all too familiar with ghost producing and who actually wrote what having been in this industry heavily from 2014-2020. One a side note, you can look up who actually wrote and ghosted a large majority of tracks by searching here...

What do you guys think of think of producers that sell their entire project file? There's so many of them out there now, but I see more and more appearing all the time. To be clear, I don't mean project templates. I mean producers selling their complete project files for a specific track they...

Thanks for the comments. And I agree with you as I have tried what I believe to be most of the major AI music options in this space just so I stay aware, and at least at this stage, they do indeed produce a lot of shit. But just with AI generated art and how it started out pretty bad to where it...

@Jetflag Awesome! Thank you for pointing me to that thread. 🙏

Plagiarizing and ripping off melodies has been going on forever. I remember many threads on the TranceAddict forums over the past 23 years calling out a lot of this. While most often nobody seems to care, there are those that do. I won't give names, but I know of many producers in this industry...

I can't believe this song is now 21 years old, but it's one of my favorite tracks of all time. I rediscovered it again just recently after going through old vinyls I had in storage.

This is a great thread! Only in the past few years did I discover DnB that I really liked after Shazaming a Metrik track. I fell in love with nearly all of the tracks on his album Ex Machina. This eventually led me to discovering a whole new world of melodic DnB with vocals that I didn't even...
