Wonderful album, truly. White Isles is my track of the year so far, but I love Dark Forest and Ultimo.

Appreciate the bump. Symetrix and Ootheca for me, but great release all round. I need to check back on the Trancefix voting from the past years and remind myself of those underground ones I missed.

Another win for the ears from from Close Proximity. That Miguel de Bois remix is brilliant.

To me streaming is clearly the main the driving factor, and the death blow to extended mixes. As already mentioned, it's because shorter tracks give you more money. It's a shame, because although trance in the club is special, it also has a very special place at home, for the introspective...
