I first heard Diamondback way back in 2000 on Paul Oakenfolds travelling CD.
A true trance classic and one of my favourites from Perfecto label. Original was hammered by Oakie, Tiesto etc back in the day!!

The haunting vocal always stood out for me and I’ve always wanted to add my own spin on it to play in my sets.

I actually made this for my luminosity set this year but as the sets on Friday were cut due to extreme weather I never got a chance to play!!

I love his Man on the run remix, goosebumps everytime, never even had a thought of it needing an uplift version but Denton nailed it. Hope it gets released:
