Daniel Kandi vs. Martijn Stegerhoek - Australia / As One [Enhanced Recordings]

This is actually from 2008! Kandi played it in his radioshow Always Alive 031, from the 23rd June last year. When I first heard it, I thought it was kinda good but a bit generic.. Then I got myself a rip of it, and I fell in love :love: The rip from last summer is actually one of my most played songs in my iPod!

So, this has been an ID - ID ever since he played it, but now we've got a name on it! I've asked Daniel several times about the name of it, but he just keeps on saying it's a collab and nothing more.. So asked another danish trance-artist if he knew anything more about it, and he kindly replied :) This song has caused a lot of fuzz on various forums, for example here on trancefix! I think there are 3 threads about this ID here hiho

So who is Martijn Stegerhoek then? No idea :icon_mrgreen: I guess he just a friend to Daniel, and he wants to help Marijn gain popularity (just like he did with Phillip Alpha in 'Sudden Changes') or something! Anyway, I really don't care - this tune is absoluely amazing! What do you think about it?

Daniel remixed one of his tracks: Andy Blueman - Time To Rest (Daniel Kandi Bangin Mix) But no collab other than that i think :)

How do you know? There is no reason why not to. If he doesn't want to make it an offical release he could just give it away for free like tons of others do

So I hope that the rumours about the fact that it won't see a release are false

Its so ANNOYING when artists refuse to release tracks that are awesome...I never understand their reason for not...
I don't hold out much hope for this being released since like that guy said, this is ancient and still no talk of it being release, PLUS I have never heard of it being played on many radio shows, PLUS someone said daniel never says much about the track other than "its a collab". If thats true then its almost certian they are not planning to release otherwise he be keen to promote it and tell all the details rather than keeping it all secret and saying so little about it

At any rate even if it will be released I think its safe to say the release date will likely be so far away that its not even worth getting excited over.. Probably months until announce of release date, then more months til actual release..

I guess we shall have to forget it and if it ever gets released, then good for it lol but until then forgte it I reckon :D

I very much hope that the release will be or Daniel will extend it freely...

1. "This is ancient" = 1 year is ancient for you? There are an enormous amount of tunes that haven't got released which were aired last year. Things takes time, you think that the tunes that get released today were made last week?

2. "I have never heard of it being played on many radio shows" = I'm sure they try to find a home for it before sending it to various DJ's.

3. "Someone said daniel never says much about the track.." = He wants to keep it a secret!? Schulz's remix of Sia - Buttons got ID - ID for a couple of months before he revealed the ID (that's nothing new in the scene you know)

It's been a long time since it was aired as ID.
Daniel lives in Denmark, i live in the Netherlands. That pretty much slowed the progress.
We're finishing our second track at the moment. We will send it out within the next 2 weeks.
