Well, since it's late now, and it automatically means I have lots of time, I'm going to write how people could contribute, if they want to, and also what I'm planning to achieve with this channel. Long post coming! :D
My main idea for the channel is to make it grow. Fact is that TranceFix has around 5000 fans on Facebook, but we only managed to get around 100 views per track. That's really little, considering the facts. There are also 26 subscribers, and that is as well not a number I was hoping for. Those are good numbers for a beginning channel, but they could be improved.
It is and will be our channel (by OUR I mean people of TranceFix), and that's why I'll need your help. The goal I have for the channel is to promote TF's producers and their work. The thing is, unless you're a big star, you won't reach out to a lot of people, and not many will notice you - which is essential especially if you're a beginner in the scene. The channel could help you with that in the near future, but you need to help it first.
Another goal that goes longer into the future, is to bring more people to TranceFix as well. If it gets big enough and people share it constantly, some will see it, possibly like it, and decide that it might be a place for them too.
When, and especially IF it gets big enough, we could talk bigger, like radio shows or something like that. But for now, these plans and ideas are enough.
So, here's how you could help if you like the idea and care about it.
PRODUCTIONS AND MIXES
Well, this is probably the most important thing with which you can help our channel grow. I won't dive too much into it, since you know what we need. Last time around, it appeared that a track-per-week schedule is too much. In the start, we got 3-5 tracks, and when we uploaded them all, we didn't have enough material to continue. The channel also kinda got forgotten. So, if we are to make it grow, we'll need more tracks, and regularly. Simple as that.
Another thing is mixes, which we never get around to do, but there are a few people interested in the idea. If you still are, let me know so we could talk ideas and details. The mixes would be useful in filling a gap if we still don't have enough releases to continue because they are easier to do and less time-consuming. Apart from that, who doesn't love a good mix?
VISUALS
If anyone's ever watched our videos, they'll know there were different ones. The first and last few were done by me (with the help of our Phael and Thijs with the pictures), the ones that had something moving were done by my brother who didn't care after, like, 2 or 3 videos.
What's inside my mind is making a retro-ish, minimalistic video. Like, a vinyl spinning - something simple that could also be animated - could be just a loop of a short video consisting of only one rotation, it doesn't matter. It could have the TF logo print - and the logo itself could be played around with.
While I'm listening to music on YouTube - or practically anywhere - I switch to other tabs. That's why there's no need for something complicated. But still, helps to have something good-looking, it can be a deal-breaker for me - especially if I run into it by accident, see it on the right as a suggestion or whatever while not knowing the artists.
I'm really open to new ideas and would like to hear what everyone thinks. And, also, I'd like to receive some help about that as well. What I just talked about is not in my area of expertise. You won't have to make videos every time we decide to upload one, it would only be a one-time thing if we decide to keep everything. But we'll probably decide to freshen everything up after a while.
Helps to have a cover or something to post in the thread, too.
DECISIONS AND IDEAS
Other way you can help is with giving your valuable ideas for the channel, or by being the one that can decide which track should be uploaded or not. Taste is subjective, and fresh ears are always welcome. The best would be for me to create a private Facebook group and add the interested, and there we'd discuss only that. It's probably the most practical way, even with polls.
TRANCEFIX AND SOCIAL MEDIA
This is where admins/mods could help. I can handle writing reviews, receiving tracks, opening new forum threads etc. But if this gets good enough and big enough, the existing (sub-)sections won't suffice, which is why I believe it could use a sub-section in the very least, where we could create new threads to have everything organized.
Another major thing are the front page articles. We only had one so far, which is understandable. Can't have everything cluttering up the front page. But what could help is a section on the front page, with a list of the uploaded tracks. Or maybe a whole new 'tab', like Home|Forum|Music Channel|What's New?|Activity.
In order for this to reach a lot of people is a balance in quality and quantity of the posts on social media. Which means usual sharing of the uploads - on the day of the upload or in retrospect. What could be good is sharing teasers between the two uploads, writing who's behind the next upload or something like that. I see TF's got Facebook and Twitter (around 5300 fans and 720 followers, respectively). Both are great for reaching out to people. Activity is growth on social media, I believe. That is something which could be used to bring this to the next level.
OTHER STUFF
Every like, comment, share, subscription, suggestion and whatnot would help. The channel also doesn't grow without that.

It is worth to mention that everybody could be credited for their help if they wanted to - another incentive for designers of visual stuff. Could land you a gig!
