Heard this one live in Factor B's Lumi2024 set, later released as part of his Bloom album at the beginning of this year. The full mix released last week as part of the Dreamstate 10 Years compilation. Lostly and Factor B both rarely fail me and this is definitely one of my favourite uplifting...

Mentioned this one in the upcoming albums thread: I've been following Tourist for a while now and this year, he's decided to experiment with what he refers to as a combination of Tiësto's older trance sounds and beach house. The album will release on December 5th, very excited for this as I'm...

I've complained about this before and right now I'm annoyed enough to make a thread about it. I am currently listening to Trance Wax's self-titled album and I was curious to see what Trancefix thought of it, so I searched for the album's thread. While using this as the search query, I for...

I recently came across Roman Messer's remix of Message In A Bottle by The Police on BeatPort, which reminded me of this video by YouTuber Solar Sands: The video is mostly focused on the film industry and the effects of sequels, remakes and the use of CGI to feature actors who have passed...

Stumbled upon this one whilst browsing some commercial techno labels, I've singled out this specific track from its EP since it's pretty much borderline trance (if not actual trance). Personally really liking the atmosphere in combination with the high tempo drive 😄

Started 1 PM CEST today, though it seems they're pretty far into development already. Personally liking the melody, the overall track sounds a bit more Armin than Hemsley at the moment but who knows how it will turn out. What do you think? 5 PM edit: They've finished the track and only need...

I've always been a massive fan of Armin's ASOT Year Mixes, so I made one myself. I've been exploring other EDM genres since November last year through artist albums and found some really cool tracks that I wanted to put in a mix, enough to make an entire compilation. It was kinda difficult to...

Trance Wax's second artist album, generally don't listen to his stuff but this release seems pretty diverse and unique. Really enjoying the trio of Adeya, Artificial Intelligence and Ascend right now and the rest sounds pretty good as well (even though a portion of it isn't trance).

I think this one sounds pretty good actually! Noticed that Allan was adopting some more classic sounding elements in his tracks lately and it seems that he went full classic trance this time. Excited to hear the full version 😄

Wasn't expecting to see an uplifting trance remix of this song, especially not by Hardwell  Can't say it's anything special production-wise but I do think Robbert didn't do a bad job at all

I absolutely love the ideas used in this one! The plucks are just exquisite, the Kyrie sample is nice too and the somewhat more anti-climactic drop makes this one really stand out in my opinion. I also remember liking how everyone was speculating about who made this.

The melody on this one isn't too bad actually. A nice one I'd say.

One of my favourite Armin tracks, if not my favourite. 😊 Original mix:

I've listened to ASOT 2005 and 2006 a lot while I was away on hoilday, and this one from the 2005 comp is truly amazing in my opinion. Original mix:

My favourite track by G&D by far.

The Vincent the Moor mix. So many years have passed after hearing it for the first time on 10 Years, and it still remains one of my favourites of all time. The original mix, which I also have nice memories with: The Darude mix, of which I don't really know much about but sounds cool anyway:

Nice progressive one by Jorn. Strange that it took this long for it to be released. 'The Future Is Now' Album mix:
