    I started to go to gym last year for about 5 weeks, but then I went back to my study and I didnt have time, currently I dont work out much, only walking a couple of times a week for max 35 mins and work in bed!!!!!! I dont have the best diet, but I eat alot of fruit and I eat red meat/some type of meat 6 days a week!I weigh about 54 kg and I am of a small build. I am of good weight for my height.

    I'm to lazy to work out, at least for a longer period.

    But when I'm in an exercise period, I use to run, do push-ups, sit-ups and things like that. I don't go to the gym beacuse it's to expensive and I think working out at home or running is enough training. At least I consider myself being in quite good shape

    And I don't have any special diet. I try to eat vegetables and fruit though.

    I went to the gym during the holidays but then uni started and now i ahve no time to go to gym, so i just do the basics at home, pushups, situps and so on. I have no diet at all haha, i just eat what i feel like, to an extent, but it doesn't seem impact my weight so eh.

    Interesting question. I started gym about a week ago to lose some weight & do some workout. I try to keep the calories low & extend the walking\running thing

    gym 5x a week:

    2 days cardio & fat burning about 90mins
    3 days pumping iron about 90mins

    been going to the gym for about a year now and it's made a big difference

    my fitness level is far better now than a year ago + my body looks better too - got good muscle definition now and sixpack starting to show

    i lost 10kg (all fat) in the first 6 weeks from calorie controlled diet and giving up drinking

    altho, not going to the gym while on holiday (for a month) and drinking beer every nite, i put on 3kg and lost alot of strength and defintion

    after my first 2 gym sessions after holiday, i was aching for days lol



    diet: 80-120g protein, <40g fat, variable carb (around 100g) and 1750-2000 calories per day
    i weigh 66kg now but was 63kg before the holiday
    at 63kg i was quite lean, could cut more fat but then in cool/cold weather i feel the cold too easily

    I lift 4-5 days a week

    monday - chest
    tuesday - back
    wednesday - shoulders
    thursday - bi/ tri
    friday - sometimes chest again

    and 3-4 times a week i do interval training.. run fast sprint, slow to medium pace jog, fast sprint, medium pace.. etc

    gets ur blood pumpin!!

    As I already told in another thread...
    I lift weight (used to everyday but now only 3x a week) and practice kitesurfing (weekends) and I used to practice AIKIDO.

    I don't like going to the Fitness club. For me the great way to exercise is:
    Summer - Mountainbiking, swimming
    Winter ( my favourite ^^ ) : ski and snowboard
    Of course I do some exercise at home. Sit-ups, Push-ups, exercises for calves and shoulder and so on.

    My diet: greasy food, Snickers and Sprite ;D.

    I bike to school an hour everyday and in the weekends 1,5 hours for when I go out. So that's enough exercise for me, because I dont' need any more.
