well, i exercise 5 times a week for 2 hours each time, a normal gymanstics like knee bending, some exercises for the belly and arms and bust. also, some stretching and elements of yoga to end the session.
i dopn't go to any fitness club - they're too expensive for me and the hours usually don't suit me...
when the weather is good (like during the vacation time, i jog as often as i can)
i also love riding my bike and generally any kind of physical activity (today i was picking mushrooms in the forest and did more than 20 km walk...)
i like going for long walk and of course dancing!
i don't use elevators but walk on stairs and i got used to having at least 1 hour walk every day no matter which weather there is outside - f.e. when i go to my univeristy and back, i don't go by bus all the way but get off earlier and walk fast
    i like to get tired

i try to keep fit and thus i follow a diet with almost no sweets and no grains (i'm allergic to gluten...)

my diet is mostly based on proteins because i feel the best after eating f.e. lean chicken meat with broccoli or tomato. i also use rice from time to time

from sweet, i can tempt myself to 4 small pieces of chocolate every day. and i love diary products like cheese and youghurt!

i'm addicted to coffee ;-| and strong black tea.... and i like also green and red tea. i hate all juices, especially those from apples or bananas

to give you an idea - i'm 167 cm tall, weight 58 kilos
... we dream in our waking moments and wake in our sleep...

+ 1 on Aikido, though Dartflare's more advanced than me.

First of all sorry for digging this old thread up, but I have to say that it's one of the best threads in General Discussion.

and 3-4 times a week i do interval training.. run fast sprint, slow to medium pace jog, fast sprint, medium pace.. etc gets ur blood pumpin!!
I used to have that same kind of timetable for bodybuilding... nowadays I have a tennis elbow and I have quit training my chest & biceps. I would so love to get back to gym for lifting weights, but no, not possible.

In these days I'm only jogging & cycling and doing some other aerobic training (see 'aerobic', no aerobics!)

Well, yeah nice to see that at least trancefixers were exercising back in 2007

my diet.... almost no chips and other fat, not too much beer during the regular weekends and stop eating when I'm not 'hungry' anymore. And no alcohol during the week.
I lost more than 5 kilo's in a month this way

Oh, and exercising.... at least once a week mountainbiking (arround 35 kilometers) and once a week a good walk (3 - 4 hours) or a trip at the citybike (3 - 4 hours)
Happiness is everywhere, but it's never complete...

well that's a problem for me...i'm a lil bit obese and this summer i went to the gym 1 hour everyday ,and ran for like 3 k.m in the early morning with a great diet : a small plate of salad for a start, then protein and some soup
i lost 10 K.g in 2 months, but now i'm back to university and no time to work out.....too many hospital rounds
