Do you have a criminal record ?

Title says it all I guess. How criminal are you ?

I unfortunately have one for the following crimes:
- organised theft (of a traffic sign).

I went to court for attempted killing but was found not-guilty. Some immigrant youth's attacked me and my mate and with my mate unconcious on the road, I went a little berserk against one of the ten and broke the kid's nose and zygomatic bone before breaking his leg and 5 teeth before police arrived with 12 cars.

Unfortunately I sorta do. Don't wan't to reveal what it was. I got deferred adjudication (probation) and so supposeldly their should only be an arrest on my record, but no final conviction. I will be allowed to seal the record on it in 2011.

Needless to say I was very bad to the bone and I'm very lucky that is all I got in trouble for. After going through all that probation garbage I am never going to be a bad girl again!

On topic, i don't have a criminal record. I tend to stay out of trouble and luckily haven't got thrown into a situation as you described last (Drakkie). By the way, you got a record for stealing a traffic sign with a bunch of people? O_o There's so much students who do so and i never heard of any of them getting a record for it

No, my criminal record is clean. And I intend to keep it that way. Almost got arrested at a football match, though. Not because of something I did, because of something I said to a policeman xD.

Yea I felt royally screwed. I have done it multiple times before, though it was in the cheap neighbourhoods. This time it was in the richer area's and we had taken down the pole. We were sitting on it, undoing the bolts when a car passed us. He turned around and two officers got out. Within five minutes 11 more police officers were present and we had to do three days in the cell (friday to monday). The rest is history. Cost me 450 euro's for the ticket and 280 euro for the "damage". Worst thing is, the loose sign was dumped by the officers on the side of the road and taken by some else that night. All that effort.. for another one's fun.

Having probation, like you Fritz, seems quite hard. Glad I never got into situation like that, though it was close a few times for me. It seems to me you have to be really careful to not get caught up in certin situations and everything, right.. ?

that happens alot - in self defence you end up getting charged with assault!

I was caught once smokin' weed [it was fun lool.pretty weird halucinations .Never tried again.] by 2 man of THE law :P / i was to high in that moments so they let me go...thought i was drunk probably...so my record stays clean

I don't have a criminal record - at least none that I know of. Just some traffic violations; speeding/parking/etc.
