nice font theyve used. copied audiojelly on that. but they need to focus on getting customers the real deal and not shitty re-encodes.

It's a broken link but checked the site out.
As far as I am concerned they can make it look however they like but while the encoding is s#%t they'll stay my last choice for purchasing from.

Yeah me too, Beatport is pretty bad often when I check qualities. But at least they credit you, Juno-download.... who's selection I love, but they aren't very customer friendly. Why can't everyone be like Audiojelly?
"Dance dance in the morning light. Hey hey it's a beautiful day. Dance Dance in the morning light, open your darkened eyes. Hey hey it's a beautiful day, it'll be okay, it'll be okay."

Looks a good bit better IMO than it did... just looked kinda old before (or maybe I'm taking their ancient-sounding, garbled song samples to mind here, haha).
Really?? I've heard that Juno has some of the best service.Originally Posted by Holly

In Trance We Trust

Only have great things to say about their customer service. Extremely fast and efficient. That goes for both JunoDownload and Juno.Originally Posted by Ms.Sivad

Juno was my favorite, they've ripped me off for the quality of a few files before... but would do nothing about it. That's why, I'm just buying cds from now if I can!

I've just had that situation with juno, I responded telling them they have given me faulty quality, they replied back stating they could find nothing audibly wrong with the file and have reenabled my download. I then replied showing them evidence and explaining, they came back to me a week later offering store credit or a refund. If you pester them (showing evidence of defective goods) and remind them of their obligations they will offer you a refund.Originally Posted by Holly

Beatport once did that. The second time I showed them a re-encode (A&N - Sleeping in Airports) with evidence and all I never heard anything. Probably because I had purchased a wav, refunding that is like refunding their complete profit if you look at how expensive those wav-bastards are there...Originally Posted by Darren
I don't really see why they changed the lay-out. There's hardly any improvement, just change. Besides that, it's slower (for me). If this is what they invest all that money in, pff...
Trackitdown WAVs for me!
My first track, let me know what you think!
Please give me feedback, I want to get better
Oh and don't be afraid to go to my Facebook page and hit like button, it's there for a reason

They probably saw but chose not to reply, it will cost the customer more effort, time and money than is worth bothering if you have to write to them. If they don't offer a refund or some form of compensation however it amounts to fraud. Every download shop has problems, even with WAV's as the source of the problem can be the label. Even had a Anjunabeats CD single reencoded.Originally Posted by Alex E

Juno said it's because of the mastering.... yeah so? Then don't charge me... it's not my fault.

It's called passing the buck, in the UK we have a sales of goods act, I quoted law in my last email and how they were not abiding by it, play hard ball with them in future. It is the sellers responsibility to sell you goods that meet their specified quality, not the labels that provided the track. It's like a retail shop not giving you a refund because the factory that produced it made a faulty product.Originally Posted by Holly

I go for CD's too, though I'm afraid to say I've found re-encoded tracks on them as well (two songs from ASOT 06, for example)--I ripped all the tracks as wav and analyzed them in Adobe, and discovered those two had 16khz cut-off's.Originally Posted by Holly
^I wouldn't assume that happens too often though, much better odds with CD's than downloads that can get passed around and no one checks the quality.

it's just Adobe Flash 10 - you'll start to see a few upgraded flash sites look the same.
pure crap though - stopped working through my web filters and ad blockers and i cant be bothered to manually unblock it all. i see they have used googleapis in this upgrade (hello spyware)
only webstore i can recommend is juno - the rest suck and openly break the law (as per Darren's post).
at least with juno, they back down when confronted
