I agree, Das Spiegal is arguably hard techno but its more akin to hard trance and Ready to Flow is only techno in the sense that anything my mum hears with 4x4 beat is branded "techno music".

For minimalistic, probably a good bet is Markus Suckut although it's not entirely slow.

Its a reply to that And One track which is most defiently not techno. Its more akin to electronica or synth-pop.

Track is classified into diferent genres, techno included. In fact, techno is a pretty wide genre. And this also goes for "Abel Ramos - overdrive" or "Nikolai- ready to flow".
